Awarded to an individual, initiative, or organization whose example, efforts and/or actions in downtown have exemplified and strengthened the cultural diversity of downtown Orlando.

Awarded to an individual or organization in the hospitality field that has brought a new and exciting experience to downtown Orlando or significantly enhanced an existing space.

Awarded to an individual, initiative, or organization that has shown significant advancement and/or leadership in catalyzing innovation in downtown Orlando.

Awarded to an individual or organization that has created exemplary public spaces, infrastructure, or solutions that substantively advance quality of life and commerce in downtown Orlando.

Awarded to an individual or organization that has completed substantial redesign and renovation of an existing space through high quality design.

Awarded to an individual or organization that has added a new residential building to downtown Orlando or has completed a major renovation of an existing space, effectively evolving its use to residential.

Awarded to an individual, event, or organization that has inspired community involvement in sports or special events through major events and initiatives (above and beyond a regular professional season). Projects of this nature will have had a substantial economic impact and have enriched and enlivened the downtown Orlando experience.

Awarded to an individual, initiative, or organization that has exhibited outstanding performance or leadership in sustainability that supports Orlando’s vision to become one of the most sustainable cities in America.

Awarded to an individual or organization that has completed substantial design and development of new office space through high quality design.
